This exclusive country home & retreat plus its facilities are available for just RM 1,730/night for Sun - Thur and
RM 1,995/night for Fri-Sat and eve of public holidays, inclusive of breakfast and use of all facilities (microwave, steamboat, oven, gas stove, BBQ grill) and games (pool table, darts, carrom, chess, giant trampoline, swimming inflatables).
Three bedrooms sleep up to 10, and the common space another 10. There is an extra charge of RM 50/pax/night (mattress, pillow, blanket, towel, breakfast incl) after the 10th pax. Securely fenced around with locked gate, the retreat is a haven for those who wish to have their private parties and celebrations among loved ones and close friends. Or simply a large and private space for corporate outings and team building activities.
The facilities include 3 rooms: Pond-view room (1 king size, 1 single & 1 floor mattress), Orchard Room (1 king size & 1 floor mattress) and Squirrel Room (2 singles & 1 floor mattress). The 1,200 sq ft of open living and dining area is fully air-conditioned and allows up to 20 pax to dine and lounge comfortably and still have room for playing pool. There is also a carrom board, playing cards available in the living room. The dry kitchen has a gas stove for low scale cooking, an oven for baking and roasting and a microwave oven for warming food and light cooking. Steamboat ancillaries (for up to 30 pax) and a BBQ stand are also available (please request during reservation). A full-size refrigerator/freezer is available for guest-use only. There is an on-site caretaker available 7:00 am - 9:00 pm to provide assistance if required.

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is strictly 12N. Extended check-out time can be requested at RM75/hr.

Pond-View Room

At 288 sq ft, the room fits its name perfectly as you get a view of the pond straight from your room. Every day, every night, sunshine or rain. Also comes with a love seat which can be used for storage as well. A king-size bed with headboard storage, fluffy down pillows, air con, ceiling fan, full insect screen ensure a good night rest while the en-suite open shower allows for a leisure bath. In the morning one walks out on the veranda over the water to enjoy the fresh countryside air, watch birds flying in the air, ducks swimming and if lucky enough catch a glimpse of the resident egret across the pond.

Orchard Room
​
The 200 sq ft Orchard-view room gives you a view of the enchanting durian orchard in the backyard. Sleeping arrangement is a king size bed with and an extra floor mattress if required. An en-suite bathroom, air con, ceiling fan and full insect screen are standard fare. A study table/desk and chair makes the room a complete getaway for writers and proof-readers.

Squirrel Room
​
The 160 sq ft Squirrel Room gets its name from the ability of guests to see squirrels scampering around on fruit trees just outside the windows or hear them running right on the roof. It has twin beds with headboard storage, an attached bathroom, air con, ceiling fan, and a full insect screen with an additional floor mattress upon request. The best room to sleep in during the day as it is the coolest and shadiest of all rooms. An extra floor mattress sleeps a third guest.

A minimum of 2 consecutive night booking is required for month of December, Chinese New Year and Hari Raya holidays.
No smoking is allowed inside the house, rooms and kitchens. There is no daily housekeeping; we provide house-keeping for stays of 3 days or more. Please make a booking through provided email/Whatsapp.
There is also a surcharge of RM 10/pax for non-sleeping guests. Guests staying on the premises past 12 midnight will be considered as sleeping guests where extra sleep-in rate may apply.
A refundable security/damage deposit of RM 500 is required upon reservation.

WARNING: No Wifi; mobile phone/data reception is sporadic. There is a 32" LED TV and DVD player available along with a pair of amplified bluetooth speakers. Please bring your own music and movies.
